To prevent their undesired detachment the labels must be reliably tested according to all requirements regarding their application area, adhesive strength, application cycle and resistance to mechanical or chemical impact. Therefore, Gauge Stickers by Schreiner ProSecure consist of a multi-layered security compound. Optionally, consecutive numbering enables distribution monitoring and documentation down to each single label, as well as permanent inventory.

Since May 1st 2006 specific beverage packaging for the German market has to be provided with a specific marking. While local producers comply with this requirement by integrating the DPG logo into the package upon manufacturing, importers are confronted with the task of subsequently adding the DPG deposit seal to their products.

Schreiner ProSecure has been awarded the DQS security certification and qualified as security printer for self-adhesive DPG seals. Deposit Seals can be purchased from beverage producers or importers via accredited deposit service providers.
